very disappointed the staff on the service desk there refused to accept the return or change of the defective christmas products just because all their christmas products are cleaned up and back to their warehouse. it looks like the customers who accidentally picked up and paid for the damaged products are their only foud. "comments" of their staff such as "from distance no one will see the scratches", with 40% off sales it's possible that you have damaged products" are nonsense to me. 40% off sales meant for new and non defective products, not for damaged products, the shop should not sell the defective products! one and half weeks ago i spent around 380 euros there and this is the service i got from them. i don't think i will visit this shop any more.
