Only giving a 1 cause I have too. Seriously the WORST company I have ever delt with. I had an accident on the weekend when they are closed and now its my fault for tow yard fees. The adjuster they gave me was extremely rude and nothing but an attitude. Even told me ohh this process will take more then 30 days because were behind on claims. Well my car is totaled so uhh could kinda use a little customer service other then i dont know. Then she had the audacity to ask if I will be putting my new car under their insurance, advised her I took my business else where. Cannot wait to be done with this joke of a company!!
