This place is a joke. I came to this dealer without being armed with my paper work and they tried to screw me to high heaven on my trade, coming up with every excuse in the book. They even attempted to dock me on my trade by removing MY after market external speakers. What a joke, 15,000 for a car that shows an avg trade in of 17,750 on 3 credible internet resources, in great condition and had chrome wheels and appearance package(spoiler). We never made to the new car because of the pathetic offer. Then they tried to show me some repo auction sheet. I am sorry but this car is NOT a repo and it is not being sold for dirt cheap for the hell of it. I looked up on the internet and the avg selling price for my car with same trim, options, and mileage is 19995 and not the 14600 from the so called "auction" that is filled with repossessions, Best part is I went to another dealer that day and got 17.5k(with a 100 mile or 3 day limit to keep the price) for the trade with little trouble. And I would mention that they attempted to leave out more of the discount that I am able to get from the VPP program. I am sure this dealer does not screw over everyone but picks and chooses who they do screw over, but not this guy. I let my feet do the talking.
