Gentlemen I spoke to three times was demeaning and offered no solutions to a denied application. I don t know if the smug, condescending demeanor stems from lack training and/or confidence or if he s just simply rude and uncaring. Either way to treat potential customers in that manner is bad business if nothing else. I easily secured an apartment at a comparable facility because the leasing manager went above and beyond to get me in the building but best of all she treated me with dignity snd respect. I m so glad I wasn t asked to sign with MRG!!
