Horrible! This use to be my favorite Mr.Alans, but now customer service doesn't exist.Only two customers in the store and 4 staff members standing at the cash register playing and talking. There seems to be a new manager, a little bald smoker that has this store going down hill.

Go to Foot Locker!! Poor management and customer service. Shoes were priced incorrectly and the manager which was a black woman did not honor the price on the shoes. Professional managers know to honor pricing errors that was caused by them. They must not know people shop and get better prices online nowadays. Go online they are cheaper.

Terrible business practices. Will make online sales at the time of a release, and sell out all of their inventory in store (some being sold ABOVE retail, out of the back door) and then cancel all their LEGITIMATE online sales. When I complained about a WEEK+ wait on shipping they said "we are waiting on another shipment to come in, in order to fulfill online orders" ... Guess what? There never was a second shipment, on a limited release, that's just not how it works. I'll never spend another dime with this company.

Worst Store in the whole Lansing they selling clothes with stains on them. They suck

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Went to spend some money, and was disappointed. Go to another location....
