Best car buying experience hands down thanks to Mike Bruno. I am in the Military and deployed overseas but scheduled to return home soon. I got rid of my car before I left and needed something for when I come home. I have been looking for about a month but all I was getting from dealers was canned responses and when I would finally get a real person to respond they would tell me to come see them when I was home...I needed something before then. I came across a vehicle at Trend through an online search and I inquired about it, I got a response from Mike shortly after. I have limited phone access where I am but he was able to answer all my questions instantly via email, even on his day off. He offered to hold the vehicle I was interested in until I got back - no one else offered that. Mike hooked me up with Anthony in the finance department who is another genuine professional and nice guy. Anthony got me hooked up with a great rate and worked around my schedule so I can call him to discuss financing options. We also worked it out so my wife can pick the vehicle up before I get home so it will be ready and waiting for me to drive. When my wife had a hard time getting a ride to Trend Mike had someone go pick her up...50 miles away in Queens NY!!

I can't say enough good things about Mike and the rest of the folks at Trend. They are true professionals and patriots. THANK YOU!
