I wanted a new liner and coping for my pool. They asked me to drive out to their store 30 minutes away for a consultation, only to find out that they would have to come out to my house to see the pool. We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out from the day of my visit. After sending an email confirming my appointment and a picture of my pool the day before the appointment, I got a phone call stating that they didn't want to do the job! Unfortunately, I already took the day off work and couldn't cancel because I'm a teacher and the substitute had already been hired. In the meantime, I could have found another company. I'm very disappointed in how the situation was handled. If this is the way they do business, I'm glad I didn't hire them to do the job!!
