Having had my confidence knocked via a local wedding venue I contacted Carol and arranged to have a 1:1 lesson with her. I had previously bought the Sharpe edged smoother and loved the result I was getting with it.... then lockdown happened.
Following lockdown Carol arranged a socially distanced, covid safe lesson. She was amazing, so patient, answered my many questions .
I have been doing cakes for 9 years on & off , but now I do them that much better and have belief in myself.
Thank you Carol for a wonderful day and for your continued support, but mostly thank you for designing the amazing Sharpe edge smoother , my favourite and most used tool ever
