I am giving 1 star because the facial was really good. What prevents me from giving a better review is that I asked for a signature facial at a cost of 95.00, plus I was suppose to get a consult. The lady came in an was up selling me, which is fine and I agreed to what she offered at a price quoted at 140-150 and I said no higher than that and she agreed. At check out I was told my bill was 250.00 and when I explained what was said she told me that it was a "the language barrier" and I probably did not understand the charge. I very calmly said, no, I understood and she understood that 150.00 was my limit. She said she would give me 10% off of 250.00. I told her I would be writing a review and then she said, you misunderstood me I said it was 150.00. MIND BLOWN at the idiocracy of this conversation. It is a nice place, very soothing but be specific on what you are asking for and maybe pay before so there is no misunderstanding.
