Absolutely useless. I had an accident early October 2013 and was put in touch with Minster Law because of some back injuries - I made it clear I just wanted to recover the costs from physio and wasnt after a big payout.

Fastforward 8 months and I'm no further on with the claim. I'm hundreds of pounds out of pocket from physio costs theyve failed to claim, I've spent countless hours on hold to them trying to speak to someone, they've told me a number of times that theyre waiting for notes from my GP but when I spoke to the GP surgery they've told me that they've contacted Minster Law a number of times asking them to pay the invoice before they can send the notes over.

My understanding of this sort of service was that it wasnt supposed to be a huge effort on my part. The amount of time, stress and effort this has taken is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. From the other reviews I've seen on here I can see that I'm far from alone in my experience of this shambles of a company. I'm writing this after another day of sitting for 20 minutes waiting to be put through to someone and 8 months after I was promised a quick turnaround on my case. My claim was not complicated, the other driver took full responsibility and is aware of the injuries sustained, this should not be taking nearly as long as this.

Looking at their public image, they should really give some serious revision to how they handle their business in the future - I know I'll be telling everyone I know about the service I've recieved.
