8/18/17 Update...

Decided to give them a shot again since it's been a while and I actually did get a follow up call from their customer service department after the last review. Really simple order, one sheet of expanded. No cuts, not special order, just one piece of expanded steel. Despite there being 9 guys out here (2 of which are working) I have been here for 45 minutes, still not loaded.

Last time, I'm done, I'll spend my time driving farther out of the way instead of sitting at this disorganized mess. The best part of a visit here is the free water bottle in the lobby.

If you're not having a commercial order dropped don't bother trying to pick up same day unless you have plenty of time to kill.

Want it cut in half? Don't bother signing and returning the cut sheet after you make the phone order because they won't send the cut order to the outside guys anyway and you'll have to wait for them to go track down who took the order...which adds another 30 minutes to your wait.

Not a fluke bad visit either, this makes the 4th time in a row...done with these guys.
