Have been having A LOT of issues with even accessing my son's pictures. I enter the codes provided and it tells me that it has found my son. When I click on "GO", sends me back to the code entering site with an error at the bottom stating that "Subject not found. Please call our customer care team". I've been trying ALL DAY trying to call them....ALWAYS BUSY! Not very helpful at all...
