When you meet Charles you might think he is professional, unfortunately he is unable to follow simple instructions and do his job. After dealing with Charles for months I can honestly say his service is shockingly bad. Let's start from the beginning. Charles has missed many of our meetings and always comes up with an excuse. He forgets to do things he said he will do, like send a document, make a phone call etc. I have to constantly ask him to do things and remind him to do things he said he would do. Not recommended.
