My goodness. The organization for the membership sucks! 3 hrs just to get my cards, lanyards, and cups? Why!? At least my kids got to drink and have fun. The trip will be better next time since we finally got that 3 hrs knocked out. I watched people walk out and say "we wont be coming back woth this pos customer service" and I was very close to being one of them
