Ethan is such a hard-working young man. I truly appreciate American Alarm and their expertise. He did his job on a mastery level. Our air conditioning stopped working, but Ethan did not complain. He kept working through the heat. Ethan, David, and Andrew played a huge rule in our success in Massachusetts. It is hard to find a company that truly stands for something and has great individuals that embody it. Ethan and Andrew went above and beyond. They both really know their stuff, and their skill set is remarkable. Outside of their job descriptions, they were extremely helpful and supportive of me during my investigation with the CCC. Their authenticity and kindness were a breath of fresh air. I am excited to work with them again. Thank you!
