I searched for the highest rated mortgage companies on Bankrate and that's how I found Poli Mortgage and I am glad I did. We already had one quote from another company but their closing costs were just too high. When I first spoke to Ed he said he was confident they would have the lowest rate, lowest closing costs and they could close in 20 days and all 3 were true. We have bought a homes before, refinanced in the past and this was, without a doubt, the smoothest, quickest process I have ever been involved in. Rick was great to work with and Ed was there to answer questions throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Poli Mortgage, they were great!
