got the car Mazda CX5 in 2017
Display model 2000 Km used. I never get to see the car until its arrived one months later from some where not from Essendon Mazda. The car got broken windows need to be replace , extremely dirty from inside out , stone chips every where . it was park on the mazda car park out side with no roof top , on the day I pickup the Car with my wife , We so depress to see our new car mazda Cx5 is Not clean up from the out side of the car and the inside of the car very dirty too, No special welcome pickup parking spot for us , just simply pick Your Car out side at the car park . 3 week later I discover The Mazda owner manual book is Missing too .it was a heart broken picking up the new car and to be treat in this condition , Its cost me 37k At Mazda Essendon and to be treated like that . 2 year later the after market driver leather seat broken (they cost me from Mazda Essendon $3500). I have come back to Mazda Essendon for the warranty ,the warranty is four is expire in 2022.
After they took my detail , taking photos . nearly two months later nothing happen , Many back and forward continuously trying to contact Mazda Essendon and getting the update . I still have got no ideas what is going on , each time I tried to ring up they send me around in the circle .the Staff is extremely rude on the phone , Most of the time they will send you to some where just wasting my time . I love the Mazda CX5 but at this point 'm still driving around a 2 year old car with a broken leather seat ....Under the warranty , But I' giving up
I would advice All Mazda Lover please stay away form this place or your life will be Hell like me . One Very Up sad Customer
