Very customer-unfriendly company once they have you under contract. A company that wants to call itself a 'direct insurer' where you can easily become a customer by e-mail and telephone ... but: if years later, as a loyal customer without damage, such as my father-in-law, you wish to suspend your policy in sick condition due to cancellation of the number plate / sales car mail traffic is no longer sufficient.
