Like a number of people i didn't have much knowledge about the different types of window products available in todays market, then I called PELLA Windows and dealt with their representative Mr. Josh Kane. I cant say enough about his knowledge and patience. He walked me through the product and styles and helped me to get the best product. i would recommend Josh Kane to anyone. 5 star rating from my family and I would refer him to anyone without hesitation.
