excellent customer service! Tyler helped with finding the perfect bike for my girlfriend and she loves it. The best part about my experience was not dealing with the dismissive and snobby sales staff at other bike shops in town, I will be doing all of my cycle business with chicky&chippi from now on. 10/10 would reccomend.
