Absolutely horrible customer service. Apple Care telephone service diagnosed a malfunctioned airport blue tooth card and instructed me to bring it to an apple store for replacement. Unfortunately I had to bring it to the Country Club Plaza Apple store, despite knowing about their reputation, since the Leawood store was closed for several weeks. My first mistake. This lead to 4 weeks of chicanery from the technician and management during which nothing was done to fix my computer despite driving in from Lawrence for the appointment. The technician was rude, condescending,and arrogant whose only interest appeared to be to get out of working on the computer. (I had paid $349.00 for the warranty which was good until 8/22/15).The managers never would come to the phone and I would be waiting until I was disconnected. When I finally called Apple Inc the problem was resolved promptly.
