Expect what you inspect with these folks. There is no guarantee that the service you paid for on your vehicle was actually accomplished. I paid for the windshield wipers to be replaced during an oil change and they were not touched. It was signed off as being done. Don't trust them. My business is over with them. BTW there was no restitution offered for their screw up and the inconvenience it caused me. I just wonder how else I was unknowingly screwed over by them. Do they actually rotate tires and change oil when requested?

I was contacted by Classic Mazda's management team in regard to my review shown above. The response to correct the issue was swift and with great concern. Concessions were made to alleviate any inconveniences and a loaner car was provided while the services were conducted. The service manager was great and I believe she will ensure some refresher training is conducted to ensure checks and balances are in place to prevent future reoccurrences. Thanks Julie! (Jeff Davis)
