I called to ask about service and repairs and to schedule for an appointment. My car had an engine check light on and asked if there is any fee for diagnostics. The lady who answered my call said they could run the code for free and let me know if it needs further diagnostics and even estimate for the repairs so I went ahead and scheduled for service on the same day. After 20 mins of driving to the dealership, the service advisor immediately told me they don't do any sort of diagnostics (even hooking it up to the computer to run the code) on weekends. I told him that the lady I talked to didn't let me know anything about that. His response was that people who answer calls at Nalley Ford don't know what they are talking about. What is the purpose of calling to ask questions and schedule appointments if whoever I talk to provides me false information? There is no communication between the people who are answering calls and the advisors at the service center.
