Just switched from ADT to Smith Thompson and I'm SO glad! Not only were the ST people knowledgeable and professional, when I asked about installing a second keypad they volunteered the option of using a key fob which was a better option for me and half the price of the keypad. Their installer was polite, professional, tidy in his work and arrived on time. Wish I had switched sooner.
