The worst! I have made progress however every time...

The worst! I have made progress however every time I go I wait at least 30-40 min after my scheduled time to be called. Every time I say something the staff is rude and nasty and could care less about having to wait. The other location is all the way in Glen Allen. They need to open other places so that it s not so busy and people don t have to wait so long.
