Unhappy about services. Staff not organized at all...

Unhappy about services. Staff not organized at all. Bought a car a month ago, still didn't received a plate number. Went to the dealer, was told that manager not in, can't provided it today. She said that manager will be in tomorrow in the office, he/she in charged. It meant i had to wait onother day spend my time and driving a car without registration.Before I purchased a car i was charged for doc fee and etc. So I end up spending my time and money just for the plate. Need more organization.
