Never seen something so unprofessional. The company has its own issues. I wonder how any organisation even signs a contract with them. The security staff do not even follow the protocol.
The respective department do not even take a proper follow up. No response against the complaints and obviously no actions taken. Need a extreme evolvement in your services. Kindly look into it.
