They are poorly under staffed and poor managed. If someone calls in more than likely at night the desk will not have someone to answer when you ring for the nurse. They should have someone on call that can always be ready in case of a emergency. What if someone is in distress and has to wait for the call to be answered it may be to late if this is a on going thing. Also they have no window coverings or blinds that work. So if you are a person that cant sleep with light they do not care. By pass them find another hospital if you want proper care. "A" rating no way.
