Would not recommend this company to anyone. The bank we are financing through chose them to come out and do the appraisal. The appraisal came back $17,000 under what we were under contract for. We disputed the appraisal and they changed the information only slightly to reflect the upgraded bathrooms - by doing that, the amount didn t change at all somehow. They also didn t include the sellers concession. It came back with a ton of flags on it and I m not sure how it even got through our banks underwriters - still working on that part but wanted to be sure to warn others of their lazy work!
