Rampant 'activity' on the premises 7/24, people coming and going constant falsely dubbed as 'visitors'. Some people move in with children and suddenly people who are not on their lease move in. The visitors and squatters who aren't bound to any lease agreement have more rights than tenants. Mgr sends warnings to tenants about music and other rental agreement infractions but they're not worth the paper they're printed on. When someone's on eviction they go nuts breaking rules and the mgr does nothing when they should be getting rid of them faster, no enforcement of rules!!
