For our first visit to NOtaBLE, we arrived at 10:55am for our 11:00am brunch reservation. We were kept waiting outside in -15 degrees weather, with a senior citizen in our party and fully visible to staff as they ignored us until several minutes after 11:00am. Our orders of over easy eggs came with hardened yolks, so when our server asked how things were we let her know it was good but the eggs weren't as we ordered them. She said "hm" and left, with no follow up. We then waited a long time for our cheque, and waited an even longer time for the server to bring the machine. Very disappointed in the tepid service and food for a restaurant with such an excellent reputation.
