Ordered a skim latte ended up with chocolate on the bottom of the cup have to trash the whole cup In the bin . Went back to the shop few days later advise the staff of my experience...no apology nor service recovery given, I have purchased my last cup there I was simply want to see how they response to this matter In order to decide wether worth it to continue supporting this shop.
