What a joke.

What a joke.
I paid a fair price to stay here and I am extremely disappointed. Not only was the main pool overcrowded, but the so called adults pool area, wasn't exactly an adults pool area. The place was a disorganised chaotic nightmare at check in, there was no information in the room about the area or hotel at all. There was also no safety information in the room at all so in the case of an emergency, I would not have known where to assemble. Whoever was in the room upstairs must have had a heard of elephants in there as the noise woke me in the middle of the night. Unable to book a massage as the beauty place was shut, and you cant tell me that it's because of covid-19. Our meal order at the green restaurant and bar were messed up, drinks took forever (would have been quicker to make it myself). I am seriously considering going home a day early and losing my money on what should have been a relaxing weekend for my birthday and a wind down from working in healthcare for 6 months solid with next to no time off.
This is not a 4-star resort. This is bogan-ville. Accor should be ashamed to have their brand represented by this attrocity.
