Very disappointed in the hotel. Was there for a norwex conference and the couch/loveseat was dirty with dust! The air vent rattled every time it kicked on. The iron burt my skit on low setting. The elevator also was super slow . waited 35 mins to go down! Wont be back or to any renaissance hotel.
