Historic hotel in the french quarter with a bar whose claim to fame is the invention of the Sazerac cocktail. The cocktails are a bit pricey, but the ambiance is worth it (not to mention reliving some really cool history). The real gem here is the gin fizz cocktail, definitely the best you'll likely ever try!
