I have been a Dreyfus customer and the only reason I have not closed out the account is the big tax bill that will happen with it. The customer service (9-5) and website are a total PITA, every year I need to place a 20 minute phone call 9-5 just to either reset my password or get a 1099 mailed to me.. The website shuts down your account every six months if you dont . This branch wont help you still need to call.. Good luck bouncing on one leg, chewing gum, with these guys
