Quality and service. Used a discount app for the first time and discovered that it required the coupons to be printed out before arriving at the theatre. The service desk worked with me to accommodate. The concession stand was well staffed and friendly. Only negative is that this place is so popular, finding a parking spot is a pain. It is a shame that so many of us from Blount County have to pass by a newer theatre, and drive 30 extra minutes, just to enjoy a quality theatre.
