We recently refinanced our home (July 2020) with Prospect Financial. They have a working relationship with United Wholesale Mortgage and were able to offer us some of the best rates available. Our loan officer at Prospect Financial, Mike Millage, was licensed in multiple states, including Colorado where our home is located. Mike was great . . . very personable, showed genuine care and interest in serving his clients, and communicated promptly whether by phone, text, or email.
