This company is awful! I've never seen a company deny a claim for not enough damage and then turn around and deny a claim for too much damage. This company denied my roofing claim on a seven year old house stating that my roof damage was due to negligence on my part and that the 7 year old roof reached its life expectancy. If you ever get an adjuster by the name of Skyler Felder, please asked to be reassigned! Immediately! He won't thoroughly review your claim, nor will ever contact you... this is not best practice of an insurance company. I expected much better treatment... especially for what I am paying. I am going all avenues to let people know NOT to purchase insurance from this company because in the end, it's a waste! Their not going to pay out any claims.
