I've called them several times and I keep being put on hold and when I did get through one lady had the nerve to tell me that had I paid my bill she wouldn't have to deal with me and that I should learn to pay my f#$# bills if I don't like dealing with collectors! The only reason they got one star is because I had to rate in order to post.
