I was a patient in the smaller office a few doors ...

I was a patient in the smaller office a few doors down from this office N it was MUCCCH Better Than This One... It Was Small N Cozy... After emerging with this Office... Everything Went Down Hill after I Had An Incident Involving A Charge I Received after trying to call ahead to Tell My Therapist know that I was running Late.... She spoke with the Manager N The Bill Was Supposed To Have Been Cancelled Etc... I went for my appt j but it was Toooooooo L-A-T-E To See Her Etc... When I went for my next visit one of the Receptionist told me I have to pay the bill etc n I told her that my Therapist had it Taken Care Of Etc... The Manager came during my Session N Discussed the Situation with Her N Everything Was Supposed To Have Been Fixed... NOT!!!!! I was asked to pay the bill and Tried To Explain What Happened But It Fell On Deaf Ears.... I Got Upset... The Manager Came Out Of Her Office N Asked Me To Come To Her Office Etcccc Etcccc... My Last Visit There Was In 11/2014 where I saw the Nurse Practioner For My Regular Visit Not Knowing It Was My "Last Visit" There..... He Was His Usual Cheerful Self With Me That Day N Started Me On A New Medicine...A Few Days Later I Received A Letter From The Manager Discharging Me From The Clinic Stating I Was Disruptive To The Other Patients Etcccc.... REALLY... I Thought This Was A " Mental Health Clinic" N I Was "Upset" Over Something That Was "Supposed To Have Been Dissolved" N AGAIN I Called The Office To Discuss The "Issue" With The Dr In Charge... Vivian... I Have Not Got A Chance To... Looking Back I Came To The Realization That It Was A "Side Effect Of The Current Meds That Was Causing Me To Get Like This At The Time N Calls To Speak For Myself Were "Blocked N Interrupted My " Treatment For A Few Years... I Am Finally Back In Therapy For My "Depression" As Of Last Year 9/2016.... Wayyyyyy To Go "Mindful Behavior..... Discharged Me From Your Clinic Without Any Warning N AGAIN Without Any Info Etc Of Where I Can Continue My "Treatment".... Coming From New York N Almost Every Single Doctors Out Here Don't Want To Accept My Complete "Insurance"!!!! I Worked As A Nurse's Assistant In One Of The Biggest Trauma Hospital In The Pediatric ER N AGAIN The Level Of Treatment By The Majority Of Medical Health Clinics Here Are Cause For Verrrry "Serious Concerns"... Medical Assistants Are Referred To As "Nurses" N Actually " Believe N Behave As Such N With Complete " Blatant Disregard" For The "Patients Rights".... Managers Are NOOOOOOO Help" Cause They " Represent The Office" N AGAIN " Not Their Patients Always N AGAIN It Doesn't Even Matter If It's N On A " Medical Health Issue... God Forbid If It Is Or A Mental Health Issue"....N I Have A Lot Of Serious Health Issue.... Thank God That I Have A Mind That Works Still Cause I Can Imagine What Would Have Happened To Me If My " Mind Was Seriously Impaired"....A Lot Of These Offices Need To Be Shut Down Cause I Have Seen A Lot Of Violations N Patient Rights Go Out The " Proverbial Window"!!!!!
