this branch serving better because never seen big queue except Eid, employees are cordial, serving good service, am using this branch since 5 years, not getting any difficulties. its situated ibrahimpur, near mirpur 14, mili super market
The branch operation is terrible. The bank personnel's at this branch aren't professional. There's an ATM booth at ground floor which is super slow and often found faulty. Even after multiple complaint, authority doesn't bother to fix the ATM issue.
