I recently had a problem with the DEF system on my truck. I was on interstate 75 South of Ocala. After several unsuccessful calls to local GMC dealers I found myself talking to Kim in your service department. Since it was Saturday and they close at 4:00 , time was critical since I was near Ocala.
I arrived at Gainesville GMC expecting it to be closed. Not only was Kim still there, bit Brian, one of the service technicians also stayed late.
They scanned the system and determined what was wrong. Since they couldn't do anything till Monday, I got to spend some time in Gainesville.
Monday morning, I got my truck in and repaired and was on my way. Seems like you can't even open the hood on a Duramax for under a grand these days. My bill was 800 and change.
In closing, I'd like to say a big thank you to Kim and Brian for going above and beyond the call and I think they should be recognized for their efforts.
