I waited 2.5 hrs yesterday on some help just for the guy to finally get here and tell me he cant get all the lugs off my car as he didnt have the proper equipment. I left the car and came bk this morn and called again requesting a truck with an air gun. Long story short im still waiting as they have pushed the trucks ETA back 4 times AGAIN! I have triple A platinum but i wont be renewing this yr!
