Called in to make an appointment and was met by a friendly, patient, informative individual named Hope who took care of all of my scheduling needs and answered all of my insurance questions. Upon arrival, the place was calm and pleasant. Sue, Linda and Lindsey were all easy going and made me feel very comfortable. My exam and overall interaction with Dr. Sims was exceptional. Dr. Sims is very sharp, professional, communicates clearly and approaches her patients with a sense of humor. Additionally, based on my observation, Dr. Sims is great with kids. A+
