I purchased my used Nissan Leaf in the Autumn last year. A few months later it was pointed out to me in a car park that a safety critical bit of equipment was missing from the car. This had been missed in the service before I received the car. Not knowing about the electrical cars I didn't know about this requirement when checking the car. The staff at Lookers were extremely helpful and polite in sorting the problem out. Despite living a 5 hour drive away, they arranged for the part to be delivered and installed at my local Nissan for fitting. I had to pay upfront and then claimed the money back from them afterwards which all went smoothly.

Its shame the kit on the car was missed in the inspection but I couldn't want for more in the follow up service. I will certainly check them out in the future when changing my car.
