I got a flat tire I needed a replacement fast, I called everyone I could think of, from Walmart to Firestone to farm and fleet to NTB, I searched everywhere for a new tire. No one carried my tire size, and the ones that did had them at they're other locations, but never once did they suggest that they go pick it up, no they wanted me to go pick up the tires at the other stores and bring them back, unbelievable. I called Northtown, they had my tire size in they're warehouse and they would have them ready for me in a few hours. When I was at Northtown not only was they're customer service friendly to me, but I noticed how well they treated customer after customer, with the same friendliness and respect they showed me. Go to Northtown, forget the big chain places, go to the small shop in our local area and support them and you will see how great the are.
