I was looking at reviews the last couple of months...

I was looking at reviews the last couple of months. I saw more negative reviews than are posted now. They are removing bad posts as to not look so bad. This changed my mind, I don't trust places that fix the ratings instead of doing something about the issues. Talk to those people and investigate why they rate it low and correct the issues instead of removing posts would be honest business practice.
