We've been dealing with this poorly run business for a year now. Once they have your money they turn into ghosts. You can't see them and you don't hear from them. If you ring them they tell you they've got other clients to help and you have to wait. But they never ring back. Ghosts. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
