First time at a casino thought it would be a nice trip arrive our safe doesnt work so we cant lock up our valuables. Then the 24/7 restaurant they say they have was without power only offering salad and cheesecake so we didnt eat. Then I'm standing in the room half naked at 9am not checkout time and the housekeeper just walks in with no knock or saying anything smh. Then when bringing it to staffs attention they acted as if it was all our fault no compensation just threats to be thrown out for being loud...who wouldn't be loud and upset after the service we got....terrible...First and last time I'll ever stay here. I see why they had vacancies
